Benny began his career in the fire sprinkler industry in the Tampa area in the summer of 1973. On a mission trip in 1975, Benny met Joyce and married her the following summer. He started in the fabrication shop while working in Tampa but was later moved to design. In 1983, he passed the state fire marshal exam and received a Class 1 certificate of competency for fire sprinklers. He and his family moved to Clermont the same year and began working for a  mechanic  in charge of the fire sprinkler division. 

Eagle Fire Protection was incorporated with the state of Florida in December of 1985. Benny and his family moved to Winter Garden in 1987, where he and his wife still live. They have two children. Sarah, the eldest, works as a missionary in Romania with her husband and four children. Heather works with Benny and has a business degree from UCF. Benny attends Glad Tidings Church in Ocoee, Florida. He is the missions coordinator and a member of the leadership team. 

Over the years, Benny has led numerous mission teams around the world. This includes work on churches in Gabon, Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Africa, Peru, Ecuador, Macedonia, Cuba, and Jamaica. He has also participated in local projects such as traveling to Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina and, more recently, West Florida following Hurricane Matthew. In their spare time, Benny and Joyce enjoy spending time with family and friends in the Winter Garden area, as well as traveling to Romania to see their four grandchildren as often as possible.

Heather, who was born and raised in Winter Garden, earned a business degree from the University of Central Florida. Heather, who has been with Eagle Fire for 14 years, was recently promoted to marketing director. Heather has a clear vision for Eagle Fire's ongoing marketing expansion, thanks to her business background and industry experience. Heather enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with friends and family, and giving back to her community through her church in her spare time.

South African by birth and upbringing, Egen worked alongside his father in their family-owned construction company since 1993. He moved to the United States in 2002 and established his own plumbing business. He left the plumbing sector in 2008 and worked in restaurant management until 2015. 

He joined Eagle Fire Protection in October 2015. Worked on systems for dry, wet, and pre-action deluge. Install diesel and electric fire pumps. Install underground piping to pump rooms and risers for the fire main water supply. He was promoted to superintendent in November 2018. His responsibilities include scheduling fourteen crews daily to meet all project requirements according to the contractor's schedule and participating in job site coordination meetings with project managers and the site superintendent.   

He is thankful to be a member of a Christian family business and enjoys working with Benny Heath and the Eagle Fire Protection crew. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Chris Pineda is an Eagle Fire Protection project manager and designer with 12 years of experience. He has a Nicet level 2 certification in water-based system layout and an Associates degree in architectural and computer-aided drafting from Island Drafting and Technical Institute in New York. Chris is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese in addition to his professional skills. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter when he is not at work.

Darwin, who was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on the western coast of the strait that connects Lake Maracaibo to the Gulf of Venezuela, relocated to Central Florida with his family in 2015 in search of a better opportunity and future in this country. Darwin, who has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Jesus Enrique Lossada and musicology from Cecilio Acosta Catholic University, began working in the commercial sprinkler industry in 2018 with Eagle Fire Protection and has worked his way up to Designer/Project Manager for the company through hard work, determination, and the full support of Benny and the Eagle Fire team.

Darwin is a big enthusiast of sports, especially baseball, and can give you stats of MLB baseball players without a moment's hesitation. Darwin is also an exceptional saxophone player in his spare time, and you may have the opportunity to catch a live performance by him at some of Central Florida's nicer restaurants on weekends. He enjoys spending time with his family while not working.

   Janet is Eagle Fire Protection's Financial Administrator. She has over 20+ years of experience as a financial professional. Her previous experience includes all financial aspects of bookkeeping for multiple types of companies and that hands-on experience helps keep everything at Eagle Fire running at peak efficiency. Janet is a very precise person when it comes to numbers. She is a self-motivated team player who can multitask and makes running the office look effortless. She is a native New Yorker but has been very happy Florida transplant for the last 10 years.

Crystal began working for Eagle Fire Protection in September of 2018. She is our administrative associate and permits expert. Eagle Fire Protection, according to Crystal, is more of a family rather than a job, which speaks to the culture and values of this family-owned business. Her hobbies include running a fun side venture on Etsy making tumblers and t-shirts, getting together with friends, and spending time with her husband, daughter and son.

Kent was born in Akron, Ohio, but lived in San Diego, California, for over 20 years before relocating to Winter Garden, Florida. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business from The Pennsylvania State University and spent 14 years working for the privately held fitness center chain 24 Hour Fitness' main office as a regional account manager in their corporate wellness division, developing wellness initiatives for the staff of organizations like Qualcomm, HUB, LEGOLAND, San Diego Zoo, Toyota, and many others. He recently joined the Eagle Fire team as their new sales manager, with the goal of going above and beyond to provide clients with the best quality experience possible from beginning to end. 

In his spare time, he enjoys going on adventures with his wife, visiting Disney World with family and friends, and walking his dog, an Engligh lab named Piper, around the Orlando area.
