Benny began his career in the fire sprinkler industry in the Tampa area during the summer of 1973. While on a mission trip in 1975, he met Joyce and married her the following summer. 

Benny started his career in the fabrication shop but was later transitioned to the design department. In 1983, he passed the State Fire Marshal exam and earned a Class 1 Certificate of Competency for fire sprinklers. That same year, he and his family relocated to Clermont, where Benny took on the role of mechanic in charge of the fire sprinkler division.

Eagle Fire Protection was incorporated in December of 1985 in the state of Florida. Benny and his family moved to Winter Garden in 1987, where they continue to reside. They have two children: Sarah, the eldest, who serves as a missionary in Romania with her husband and four children, and Heather, who works alongside Benny and holds a business degree from UCF. Benny and his wife, Joyce, are active members of Glad Tidings Church in Ocoee, Florida, where Benny serves as the Missions Coordinator and a member of the leadership team.

Throughout the years, Benny has led numerous mission teams globally, including projects in churches across Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Peru, Ecuador, Macedonia, Cuba, and Jamaica. He has also participated in local relief efforts, such as traveling to Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina and to West Florida after Hurricane Matthew. In their free time, Benny and Joyce enjoy spending time with family and friends in Winter Garden and traveling to Romania to visit their four grandchildren whenever possible.

 Heather, a native of Winter Garden, earned her business degree from the University of Central Florida. With 14 years of experience at Eagle Fire, Heather was recently promoted to Marketing Director. Her strong business background, coupled with her industry experience, gives her a clear vision for the continued expansion of Eagle Fire's marketing efforts. In her personal time, Heather enjoys traveling with her husband, their son Benjamin (affectionately known as "Lil Benny"), spending time with friends and family, and giving back to her community through her church. 

Egen, originally from South Africa, worked alongside his father in their family-owned construction company from 1993. He moved to the United States in 2002 and established his own plumbing business. After leaving the plumbing sector in 2008, Egen transitioned to restaurant management, where he worked until 2015.

In October 2015, Egen joined Eagle Fire Protection, where he worked on systems for dry, wet, and pre-action deluge, as well as the installation of diesel and electric fire pumps. He also installed underground piping to pump rooms and risers for the fire main water supply. In November 2018, he was promoted to Superintendent, where his responsibilities include scheduling fourteen crews daily to ensure all project requirements are met according to the contractor’s schedule. He also participates in job site coordination meetings with project managers and site superintendents.

Egen is grateful to be part of a Christian family business and enjoys working alongside Benny Heath and the dedicated team at Eagle Fire Protection. In his free time, Egen enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.

 Chris Pineda is a Project Manager and Designer at Eagle Fire Protection, with 12 years of experience in the industry. He holds a NICET Level 2 certification in water-based system layout and an Associate's degree in Architectural and Computer-Aided Drafting from Island Drafting and Technical Institute in New York. In addition to his professional qualifications, Chris is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. 

Darwin, originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, located on the western coast of the strait connecting Lake Maracaibo to the Gulf of Venezuela, moved to Central Florida with his family in 2015 in pursuit of better opportunities and a brighter future. Darwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Jesus Enrique Lossada and a degree in Musicology from Cecilio Acosta Catholic University. He began his career in the commercial sprinkler industry in 2018 with Eagle Fire Protection and has worked his way up to Designer/Project Manager through dedication, hard work, and the full support of Benny and the Eagle Fire team.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Darwin is particularly fond of baseball and can recall MLB player statistics without hesitation. In his spare time, he is an exceptional saxophone player, and you may have the chance to catch one of his live performances at some of Central Florida's finer restaurants on weekends. When he's not working or performing, Darwin enjoys spending time with his family.

    Janet is the Financial Administrator at Eagle Fire Protection, bringing over 20 years of experience as a financial professional. Her extensive background includes managing all aspects of bookkeeping for various types of companies, and her hands-on experience plays a key role in ensuring Eagle Fire runs at peak efficiency. Known for her precision with numbers, Janet is a self-motivated team player who excels at multitasking and makes office operations appear seamless. A native New Yorker, Janet has been a proud Florida resident for over 10 years and is thoroughly enjoying her life in the Sunshine State. 

 Crystal joined Eagle Fire Protection in September of 2018 as our Administrative Associate and Permits Expert. She describes Eagle Fire Protection as more of a family than just a workplace, which reflects the strong culture and values of our family-owned business. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys running a fun side venture on Etsy, creating tumblers and t-shirts. She also loves spending time with her friends, as well as with her husband, daughter, and son. 

Kent was born in Akron, Ohio, but spent over 20 years living in San Diego, California, before relocating to Winter Garden, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The Pennsylvania State University and spent 14 years with the privately held fitness center chain, 24 Hour Fitness, as a Regional Account Manager in their Corporate Wellness Division. During his tenure, Kent developed wellness initiatives for organizations such as Qualcomm, HUB, LEGOLAND, the San Diego Zoo, Toyota, and many others.

Kent joined the Eagle Fire team in 2023 as Sales Manager, with a commitment to going above and beyond to provide clients with the highest quality experience from start to finish.

In his spare time, Kent enjoys going on adventures with his wife, visiting Disney World with family and friends, and walking his English Labrador, Piper, around the Orlando area.
